Tijuana Flats Tex-Mex is a growing chain that is currently remodeling many of its locations. They needed assistance coming up with a tagline that they could use throughout their campaign.

Create a tagline to communicate to their guests that they were undergoing a remodel. This approach was focused around a friendly and familiar voice, consistent with their brand. Taglines would apply to materials such as flyers and digital media graphics. This included physical collateral such as hard hats that the remodeling crew would wear in-store.

Pair the tagline with the brand’s lightning bolt graphics to further illustrate the idea.

The hard hats were a big hit with their guests. The CEO said it helped many guests feel at ease as the remodels progressed.
